Sharia Governance

Every Islamic finance product we arrange carries a live fatwa from a Sharia Supervisory Committee whose scholars we publish openly.

ASPIC does not lend our own money. When we arrange Sharia-compliant finance, we do so from UK-authorised Islamic banks that maintain their own Sharia Supervisory Committees (SSCs). This page documents which committees supervise which products.
